Diagnosis

Diagnosis means that you base on facts, and not conjectures while implementing Lean. Do not make an error typical for many managers who think that the place of real improvement can be specified roughly. It is impossible. You stop being objective when working in this company and staying here for many hours a day. During our training course, we very often hand out a blank sheet to a few managers. We ask them to write down 5 most critical problems of their companies. And what? You will not believe. It never happens that they write the same. What does it mean?
