  • Diagnosis means that you base on facts, and not conjectures while implementing Lean.
  • Workshops will prepare your workers and the company management to implement Lean Manufacturing.

Introductory workshops

ImageIntroductory Workshops are designed to prepare your workers and the company management to implement Lean Manufacturing. After completing the workshops, the participants will understand Lean philosophy and its tools.

Choose one of two types of introductory workshops:

1. If you like classical training courses with solidly transferred knowledge and exercises – choose Lean Methodology.

2. If you prefer simulation games where participants learn through playing – choose Lean Play® .

1) the real place (genba), 2) the actual product (genbutsu), 3) facts (genjitsu). KAIZEN key success is to go to the real place of production, work over the actual product and base on facts.
