Your Lean is a manual which helps you to orientate on which implementation stage of Lean Manufacturing you are. At each stage of Lean, you can choose the services which will consolidate your actions and make the production in your company more effective and even.

Your Lean layout is in a chronological order. This is the order in which we implement Lean Manufacturing in companies, which have just started their adventure with productivity. In practice, more and more plants have implemented this and that from Lean Manufacturing. There are also companies which have already been working in World Class Manufacturing system. In such a case we, of course, omit basic stages and go into system improving modules.

Introductory workshops are the next stage of Your Lean. They are aimed to prepare both workers and the management for implementation, to help them understand Lean Manufacturing philosophy and the type of applied tools.

One or more of the following Lean Basic Tools will start being implemented in 2 weeks after introductory workshops. They are: 5S , TPM , SMED Kaizen Blitz   and Suggestion System.  

These companies which can maintain basic tools at the acceptable level can decide to implement Lean Advanced Tools :   Standardize d Work , Pull S ystem /Kanban , VSM , One Piece Flow , MTM , TOC .
