Written by Grażyna Potwora / 17 August 2007

You have searched bookshops and libraries and have not found anything. You found neither an implementation description of TPM case study nor the thoughts of Lean coordinator who finds everybody turning against him.

But you are not alone. In our Library, we provide you free longer papers about problems regarding Lean Manufacturing problems. ImageWe do not restrict our papers in any way. Quite the contrary,  we hope that you download them and use in your work – for training courses, presentations and implementation activities.

Our visitor statistics show that two groups visit www.pcp.com.pl, namely:  one group of experts or managers from production companies and the second group consisting of students and scientist involved in this subject.

We invite you to edit with us our website. Our Library section waits for your essays (with the length of at least a few sentences). We also wait for your opinions, descriptions of experienced people, scientists’ considerations and students’ papers on Lean Manufacturing. You can send your article to the following e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We give our thanks to all our current authors – we receive many signals that a lot of people have already used your experience and considerations.

Lean dictionary

Czas Taktu. Takt wynosi 28 sekund. Można go liczyć na podstawie zapotrzebowania dziennego, miesięcznego lub rocznego. W Standaryzacji Pracy określa się także Rzeczywisty Czas Taktu. Uwzględnia bufory, wydajność procesu, przerwy andon itp. Pozwala realistycznie określać standardy. Czas taktu jest sercem każdej odchudzonej produkcji.
